Before Your First Session
Getting in touch is a conversation rather than a booking form. Tell us your child’s age, the days that suit you and anything we should know — an allergy, a nap that still matters, a brother or sister who might come too. We will tell you honestly which group we think fits and when there is space in it.
- We will arrange a settling-in conversation before your child’s first session, and agree with you how gradually they come in.
- You are welcome to visit the rooms first and see the space, the resources and where the coats and bags go.
- For stay and play sessions a grown-up stays throughout, so there is nothing to prepare apart from spare clothes.
- For the other groups, bring spare clothes, nappies if your child is still in them, a water bottle and outdoor clothing for the weather.
- If your child needs additional support, ask about one-to-one learning support sessions, which run in a quieter setting.
We answer emails and phone calls during the working week. If you cannot reach us, leave a message with your child’s age and the best time to call and we will come back to you.
